Well don't think I will be going there again we was hoping to sell a gun then buy one but what he offered for our gun was a joke and is knowledge about different guns was very limited
very sad performance today, went to buy a rifle today for a third time and the lad tried his hardest to try and get one over on me! poorly trained and not very knowledgeable. wasn't clued up on the Sako or Tikka range and had no idea what calibres were available. says a lot when the customers no more than the staff! but the final nail in the coffin was trying to hide scratches on the barrel by covering it in oil. and right under my nose... shame, you lost a loyal customer today.
Probably the best gun shop in Worcestershire. They hold a wide range of shooting items and I regularly call in here to buy ammo and other bit. I called in today to buy a new mod and the staff were visibly upset because someone had left them a bad review for a mark on a rifle. I think the fact that paid staff (not owners) care enough about bad reviews says it all about these guys customer service. Keep up the good work.
