We booked a 4-hour trip on The River King for our wedding reception in May after being recommended it as a venue by a friend. Trevor and all his staff were incredibly helpful both beforehand and on the day making sure that everything was as we requested. They also helped us to organise the onboard BBQ buffet (we went for the Boson Menu) and a DJ to play throughout our trip up and down the River Severn. The food was delicious and varied with plenty of it - many people even went back for seconds! Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the trip on board. I think going up and down the locks was also a particular highlight for many! We had 60 people on board but there was still plenty of room above and below deck. I would definitely recommend the Stourport Steamer Company to anyone thinking of booking The River King for an event.
