Lovely staff, location and people.Easy access to amazing walks and all the amenities of the town.
Clean and tidy site. Staff were really helpful. Could not fault this site at all.
Lovely clean well run site - toilets however located in the static caravan area and not the tourer area, and the showers are a nightmare especially the first one on the right as you walk in - even following the booklet instructions the water sprays all over the top of the cubicle - but on the plus side you normally have them all to yourself every day
I would not recommend this caravan site to anyone. I had a very bad experience with the managers and the owner. They will do anything to sell you a caravan but dont go to them with a fault because it will not be dealt with. They robbed me out of 6200 by selling me a caravan that we could not use.The faults were reported before the caravan was left, the owner didnt respond to the faults that were reported he doesnt have any respect for people of pensionable age. We only spent eight days in that caravan you tell me if we deserve our money back, he can have the caravan but have the respect to give our deposit back.The owner of this site doesnt like truthful reviews but if you walk around the site and talk to the long term residents they will tell you the managers are not helpful and they certainly dont like pensioners.He has sent me a solicitors letter trying to stop me giving reviews?All of the reviews listed were pitch up only, not one from people who have purchased a caravan from them. The site manager will talk you into buying a caravan that you cant afford. They are in a win win situation. Dont be fooled.
