Probably the worst estate agents we have dealt with, just read all other reviews and realise we have had same issues they just lie ....... awaiting managers phone call tomorrow will update review and social media with more details tomorrow!
Constantly had to chase for updates, slow to respond on email and generally didnt seem to care. We dealt with Jack for sales progession who was very nice, but didnt seem to work to push the sale through. We ended up having to give him updates and just swapping numbers with the vendor to get things moving. They also didnt ask to see proof of funds or a mortgage in principle when we made the offer on the house, which if I was selling through them, Id be concerned about. Also didnt ask for ID when we collected the keys, just handed the keys and said bye! Clearly anti-money laundering and verifying who people say they are isnt at the top of their list of priorities
Spend hundreds and hundreds on a house sale that was 'urgent must exchange in a week' which tool them and the buyer's side MONTHS and then pulled out last minute due to 'Change of circumstances' absolutely no chasing or action BOUND to have gone wrong.
Terrible. Put an application in for a property. Was told we had a good chance even though I had bad credit and there was always a way around it. In the end they said nothing more we can do and wouldn't even let us go in for another property and paid 192 for nothing. They just want the commission. They never call back when they say either unless it was benefiting them.
We went for a viewing at a property and after waiting 20 minutes, with no estate agent showing up, we decided to call.We were then told that the property was sold and that they had tried to call...They did not try to call.
