Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good food but a somewhat limited menu. Lovely and warm inside on a cold winter's night.

Booked in advance on Groupon deal. Had to sit in snug as party in restaurant. Bar was packed. Staff very friendly service good, food average.
Lovely fish and chips. Large cod. Do nice jacket potato with the cod. Friendly staff and warm and cosey.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at this friendly pub which is now under new management. Gary the new manager was great, the beer was good and the full English plentiful and cooked to perfection! Well worth a visit.
