Unfortunately, my 125 dress was completely and utterly ruined by using this dry cleaning service. Granted the dress had small specks of blood on it, but there was absolutely no need to repeatedly wash the dress without consulting with myself first. Repeated phone calls, when I asked if the dress was ready for collection. With replies of ring back later the machines are not working Im too busy at the moment.. when blatantly the dress was completely ruined. No offer of any compensation. Disgusted. Dress ruined and now in the bin. Cant bare to look at it. Will never use this shop again.
