What lovely stuff you have, I enjoyed a good mooch around and will be back to puchase something soon, its a shame the lady who left the negative feedback has little concept of the hard work put in by independent retailers, the overheads and very stiff competition from mass organisations. Your stuff is better made, better presented and Im sure a whole lot more of blood sweat and tears went into each product.Your items have class, the negative feedback customer has none.
Friendly, independent shop, with a great selection of lovely gifts and homeware. They were really helpful in helping us choose some chalk-paint and were full of really helpful tips on how best to actually use it.
