DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE USELESSOrdered two dell monitors not only did the screens not turn up on time they were sent to the wrong address, not only were they delayed i still have not got them after nearly 10 days after ordering then i receive the screen stands with no monitors and they were addressed to a different company in my building i am shocked by the level of incompetence i cant even ring them to speak to the manager as all they do is email and provide vague updates i am extremely frustrated as this has delayed our business activities do not order from this company!To respond to your comments! your the owner of the business and mis informed. Your customer service is absolutely shocking i have had to chase all day yesterday with emails to your support line i cant call you as your lines are closed and still to this moment my package is missing!!! no one can locate it and you seem to think 40 credit is going to solve everything? it was 40 not 50 and why would i even consider using you again after this! absolute shocking service be a man and get on the phone to me instead of hiding behind your computer replying to reviews!!! i still have no products and you cant even contact me directly which shows your business acumen when it comes to customer service which is the business you are in you have lost many customers including myself
Do NOT buy from this company. I have made a full report to the trading standards about them. They are selling faulty computers and despite claims of coming with a years warranty, it isnt valid. Any good reviews you see about them are or must be fake.
Total joke of a company. Bought a pc which was barely used and just stopped working. Attempted to contact them after weeks I get a reply then they tell me that despite it being under warranty i would have to cover repair costs myself. Have tried and tried to get through on their number but its just a voicemail. All communication is via email. Joke company should be shut down. All there electronics are faulty. DO NOT BUY from them. Would give it zero stars if it would let you. Robbing people. The good reviews here are very obviously fake.
Discovered their premises in New St Stourport as we had a problem with a tablet that my wife uses, mainly for photos. Although the couple running the business said they don't deal with tablets the gentleman kindly had a look at it and sorted it wthin a few minutes. They also refused any payment for their service. They have only moved into the premises a few weeks ago, previously operating online only. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them for pc repairs or if looking for refurbished equipment.
I don't know if I should buy this pc as the processors are seemingly very bad... And the reviews said that they don't give the right GPU... Should I???
