I have been a patient at Mercian House since 1994 and so have seen many comings and goings. Jay is, in my opinion, the best dentist I have had at the surgery.Over the past two years I have required two extractions at different times. Having been on a course of alendronic acid I was concerned that the sockets would not heal properly or even not at all. Jay spent as much time as I needed to be reassured about the treatment being effective and correct. He did checks on the best practice as recommended by the Liverpool University Dental School. A suitable course of antibiotics and excellent aftercare meant that the sockets healed quickly and without problems.The actual extractions were done quickly and almost painlessly. Going to the dentist now is almost a social event! All the staff are warm and friendly. Keep up the good work, you all deserve the success of a well run dental practice.
My wife has been with this dental practice since she was 18 months old. She is now nearly 47. Over the years all the dentist's at Mercian House have been fantastic. Current dentist included. She has never had any work done or any fillings and she puts this down to not only looking after her teeth but the advice and care given from each dentist. Our children go to the dentist too, we wouldn't take them anywhere else! Highly recommended!
Very welcoming and friendly staff, they take their time to make you feel at your ease and the treatment was fantastic! Clean and comfortable waiting room makes the experience even better!
