I only turned up and asked if they could repair my bike for me and wasn't in a rush to have it back, I could call back the following day, the bald headed guy was so rude, he snapped back saying yep ring us up and book it in well have it sorted for you were too busy at the moment. I hope he doesn't treat all his customers like that. I'm never going back !!!
Waste of time and money.I took my bike in and specifically asked for them to replace the wheel bearings and headset bearings. They did neither. They added some grease to the wheel bearings and tightened the headset bearings. This is not what i asked for. They were in a rush to get rid of me, and did not want to help once i called them up about this. I reccomend going else where.
I was in the middle of a cycle tour when my back wheel broke. The guy at Stourport Cycles was very helpful and fitted me in for a quick repair that lasted me the rest of my LEJOG ride, I'm very grateful. The only criticism was that he was very opinionated.
Brilliant service
I bought a replacement inner tube and after experiencing a fitting problem I took the wheel in half an hour later to ask for some help fitting it. After several snide comments towards me I offered to take my business elsewhere.I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews, but I will be going elsewhere in future.
